Help improve the ShaDey learning platform

ShaDey Inc. is a teaching case study for enterprise data platform design. It is meant to evolve based on what learners, practitioners, and educators find useful, unclear, or missing. If you have feedback, corrections, or ideas for new content, please send them. Every message is read by a human.

What To Write About

Things worth sending

The platform is intentionally open-ended. Anything that would make it more useful to a learner, a data architect, or a governance practitioner is welcome.

01
Feedback on existing content
Typos, broken links, unclear explanations, factual errors, or misleading examples in the tutorial, modeler, glossary, SAP catalogues, or governance scenarios.
02
Improvements to information
Deeper dives, clearer diagrams, better examples, richer context on data modelling patterns, SAP integration, or data governance maturity.
03
Updates to out-of-date material
Anything that has moved on since the page was written, such as newer S/4HANA simplifications, retired transactions, evolving retail terminology, or updated governance frameworks.
04
New use cases
Retail or CPG scenarios worth modelling end-to-end, such as promotions, returns, omni-channel fulfilment, wholesale pricing, or loyalty programmes.
05
New business problems
Governance failures, data-quality incidents, master-data conflicts, or domain challenges worth adding to the business problems library.
06
Anything that helps learners
Tutorial ideas, exercises, references to books or standards, teaching notes from your own classroom, and general suggestions to make the site easier to learn from.

Send a message

Use the form below to send your feedback, or email info@shadey.in directly if you prefer your own email client. Both routes go to the same inbox.

What Happens Next

How your message is handled

Every message is read personally. Corrections and typo fixes usually land in the next site update. Larger requests, such as new use cases or entire business-problem write-ups, are evaluated for scope and scheduled against the current roadmap. You will get a reply either way.

The platform is not a commercial product. There is no sales team, no CRM, and no marketing automation behind this form. Feedback shapes what gets built next on the site.

Before you write, have a look around

Feedback is most useful when anchored to a specific page or concept. Browse the platform first, then come back with what you would like to see changed.
